    Our client is seeking a highly experienced Change Lead to spearhead the development and leadership of their Change Management function. Reporting to the Portfolio Office, this pivotal role is instrumental in supporting the Programme deployment and driving continuous business growth through effective change management. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for change, equipped with extensive experience in building and coaching high-performing teams, and adept at applying best practices and thought leadership to foster an environment of excellence.

    ***12 month Fixed Term Contract***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Change Management: Champion the adoption of Change Management across the organisation, aligning change activities with business goals, developing strategies and plans, and ensuring consistent delivery of change initiatives.
    • Leadership: Build and lead the Change Management team, defining necessary capabilities, and providing mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage stakeholder mapping and engagement, developing a Change Network to support the embedding of change principles.
    • Business Readiness: Conduct Change impact assessments, evaluate business readiness, and support the transition of project deliverables into BAU and continuous improvement.
    • Communications: Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute communication plans, ensuring effective engagement across the business.
    • Training: Work with the internal academy team to oversee Training Needs Analysis, strategy, and delivery, ensuring alignment with continuous improvement efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in establishing and managing Change Management teams, preferably in a PBSA environment.
    • Expertise in technology-led/enabled change (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Fusion).
    • Deep knowledge in Change Management methodologies (PROSCI certification preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to develop internal Change Toolkits and implement change practices across an organisation.
    • Exceptional coaching skills and experience in developing team members.
    • Outstanding communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Sensitivity to cultural differences within teams and excellent listening and empathising abilities.
    • Ability to influence others towards a common goal.
