Business Operations Administrator


A highly successful entertainment company in London is looking for a Business Operations Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis.

This person in the role will be the front-line communicator between clients and suppliers, ensuring daily effective administration of the company sales and purchase administration activities, and contributing to ongoing process improvement.


TYPE:
Full time, fixed contract (6 months)


HOURS: 37.5 hours a week


SALARY:
up to £28K DOE

LOCATION:
London (Hybrid working - 1 day in the office - It may change depending on the company's decision.)


Business Operations Administrator MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Order to Invoice Process Management

  • Responsible for timely sales order process management through to invoicing, which meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
  • Main customers you will be responsible for include but not limited to: 1st party suppliers, Intercompany
  • Handle and resolve enquiries/issues.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure cash collection is timely.
Inventory Management


Manage the following tasks:

  • Create purchase requisitions on behalf of internal customers.
  • Purchase products directly from manufacturers based on requests.
  • Liaising with warehouses and you are responsible for ensuring inventory data reconciles.
  • Regular review of cost of products.
  • Maintain master data in all systems up to date.
To perform additional duties where required


Business Operations Administrator IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • SAP experience essential
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet such as MS Excel are essential
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Internet
  • Must be able to carefully review their own work and limit the amount of human error on data entry
  • Previous experience covering similar tasks preferred
  • Pay attention to compliance processes
  • Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Uses own initiative, keen to take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to identify problems in working process and improve working process/develop practical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly
  • Managing time and priorities, setting timelines, coordinating tasks for self and with others

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
