Business Operations Administrator
A highly successful entertainment company in London is looking for a Business Operations Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis.
This person in the role will be the front-line communicator between clients and suppliers, ensuring daily effective administration of the company sales and purchase administration activities, and contributing to ongoing process improvement.

HOURS: 37.5 hours a week

London (Hybrid working - 1 day in the office - It may change depending on the company's decision.)
Business Operations Administrator MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Order to Invoice Process Management
- Responsible for timely sales order process management through to invoicing, which meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
- Main customers you will be responsible for include but not limited to: 1st party suppliers, Intercompany
- Handle and resolve enquiries/issues.
- Liaise with customers to ensure cash collection is timely.
Manage the following tasks:
- Create purchase requisitions on behalf of internal customers.
- Purchase products directly from manufacturers based on requests.
- Liaising with warehouses and you are responsible for ensuring inventory data reconciles.
- Regular review of cost of products.
- Maintain master data in all systems up to date.
Business Operations Administrator IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- SAP experience essential
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet such as MS Excel are essential
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Internet
- Must be able to carefully review their own work and limit the amount of human error on data entry
- Previous experience covering similar tasks preferred
- Pay attention to compliance processes
- Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Uses own initiative, keen to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to identify problems in working process and improve working process/develop practical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly
- Managing time and priorities, setting timelines, coordinating tasks for self and with others

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
