Salary:
£41,184 - £54,912 per annum (Equivalent to £22.00 per hour) + Paid Breaks

Location:
Coventry, West Midlands

Hours: 36, 42 or 4- Days only
Shifts: 2x 8.00am - 8.00pm 2x 8.00pm - 4.00pm or 9.00am -5.00pm
Clinical Lead required for a highly prestigious and reputable care home located in Coventry. This home is designed for older people with dementia, mental health, physical health and some complex health needs. The Clinical Lead will be working alongside a nursetrained CQC registered home manager.
This is a beautiful, small home with a friendly nursing team to work alongside of. They're looking for a Clinical Lead to join their friendly team.

The role as the Clinical Lead will be to promote and drive the high standards of care through safe practices;also, to ensure all clinical governance tasks are adhered and to support the registered manager in their absence.

Clinical Lead position requirements:

RGN/RMN registered nurse with an active NMC pin
Ideally to have experience in working within nursing homes
Dementia care experience is desired but not essential
IT competent
Effective communicator
