    Job overview

    An exciting role within the Trafford Memory Assessment Team for a part time (15 hours) administrator to work alongside the friendly and supportive clinical and admin team. General admin duties to include referral processing, data inputting, telephone contact with service users, carers and other outside agencies as appropriate.

    Main duties of the job

    To provide admin support to the clinical team in relation to clinical correspondence, appointment booking and referral processing.

    Experience

    Essential criteria

  • RSA level 2, NVQ level 2 or the equivalent experience. Educated to GCSE level for English and Maths.
  • Desirable criteria

  • Have experience in working in a busy office environment.

  • Use of EPR system
