- Embed within the sales team to assist in the technical win working as a liason between internal teams and the customer to assure the correct interpretation of scientific protocols and workflows to create solutions for our customers
- Participate in team selling/solutions by working with engineering, product, and sales to create the best solution for the customer.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings in order to qualify, scope, and solution system designs for innovative lab automation solutions.
- Continually evaluate processes, policies, and procedures to optimise internal workflows.
- Salary up to 85k
