Job Description:
Here's your chance to join our dynamic HR team During this 2 year programme, you will be a key liaison between our local HR team and our central HR Services organisation, as well as the go-to for continuous improvement projects and lead for profiling HR across the business.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Liaising between our local HR team and the HR Service organisation including raising request tickets through the online portal, reporting platform issues to HR IT team and raising feedback points to the Group Leader when necessary.
- Responsibility for data analysis including: reporting, maintaining data trackers and ensuring data accuracy. As an extension to this you will be working closely with our colleagues in Business Systems to improve reporting through automation where possible.
- Primary contact for HR projects responsible for leading and driving next steps.
culture & diversity, employee experience, external community support events, employment law topics and learning & development.
- Acting as a Personal Relations agent for the HR department supporting with HR communication and promotion to profile us across the business and explore tools and techniques we could be using to profile ourselves externally also.
- Contact for support with events and training planning, communication, attendance, moderation and participation where required. Supporting the HR interns with onsite UK Shared Services training setup and topic escalation where necessary.
Qualifications:

Be degree qualified - _Human Resources or business related degree would be preferable_**:
Must hold a full and clean UK Driving License:- Be customer focused, problem solving, use of initiative, thinking outside the box
- Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages incl. Excel and PowerPoint
- Have the ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Have the ability to plan and organise time effectively
- Have good attention to detail (ability to analyse information) and quality mindset
- Be able to demonstrate flexibility and dedication
- Have the ability to work in a team as well as individually using own initiative
Expected Start Date:
Summer 2023_ (date negotiable)_
Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
- (Please note this role requires attendance at external community events that can run outside of working hours, flexibility is required in this aspect.)_
