Invictus Group - Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant - London Bridge

I am looking to bring on board a trainee recruitment consultant / resourcer / recruitment consultant to my expanding team due the amount of active clients I have in my team.

In this role, you must be willing to work hard each and everyday to become successful, follow a carefully structured training programme and do what is necessary to become a top biller.

We are open to taking on candidates with little to none sales/recruitment experience as long as the attitude and application is there - the rest you will pick up along the way.

There are weekly/monthly/bi-annual incentives involved as well such as trips to Ascot and a 'champions league' all expenses paid holiday for the top billers - which can be achieved in your first year

On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience, uncapped commission with 4 days a week in our London office and 1 day a week working from home as well as very good working hours of 8-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
