We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join our EMEA Contracts team. This role is located in Manchester and is HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Uses indepth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts. Uses understanding of BNY Mellon products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration. Responsibility.
  • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Helps develop process improvements.
  • Assists with the implementation of policies, procedures and controls that main the accuracy of the data being reported.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong desire for excellence with a conscientious approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a pressurised environment
