Dove & Hawk have been instructed by a Global Property firm to assist in their search for an experienced Lettings Negotiator in a great location in Central London.

The business has a reputation for providing high class service in a high value location.

They have a great portfolio, and the business is going through an upwards growth phase, resulting in HUGE opportunities for negotiators to progress their careers into middlemanagement and upwards.


Person Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • High energy and enthusiastic
  • Driven and financially motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment

Salary Package:
- £20,000-£22,000 basic salary per annum
- £5,000 per annum Car Allowance
- £50,000-55,000 OTE per annum

You will be working a 5-day week; Monday to Friday 8:30-18:30, Saturdays 10:00-16:00 on rotation.
