    PROPERTY MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON, CHELSEA - £37-42,000pa PLUS BONUS

    Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Prime End residential property consultancy who are in the process of hiring an experienced Property Manager for their office in Chelsea.

    Dealing with Mid, Prime and Super Prime properties this role would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience within AST Management who is looking to join an independent firm where they have a voice and a say in how to provide a quality service to both landlords and tenants.

    Conducting property visits, pre tenancy check-ins and end of tenancy check-outs, and take necessary actions based on findings.
    Collaborating with contractors and ensuring the successful execution of projects that meet/exceed the requirements of HNWI properties.
    Maintaining accurate records of property and maintenance details on the CRM.
    Building lasting relationships with clients, tenants & contractors.
    At least 3+ years' experience working within a Property Management role.
    The mindset of a problem solver and project manager.

    Salary Budgets:
    £37-42,000pa plus Bonus Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1-2 WFH days per week.
