    To continue the successful growth, we are looking for a new Internal Recruiter to join the team. In this role, you will be working closely with our executive team, and will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding globally based A-Team players for our business.

    This is for you if:

    • You are an experienced In-house or Agency Online Recruiter of global A-Team talent - at least 3 years of experience
    • You have a passion for recruitment and providing the highest level of customer care for candidates and hiring managers
    • You have extensive experience on the Workable recruitment software platform
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • You are highly tech savvy - Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion
    • You are familiar with recruitment related legislation and Data Protection regulations
    • You're committed to continuous improvement and personal development
    • You're excited to be around high-performers who are all working towards achieving big things

    • Have less than 3 years global online recruitment experience
    • You're not really committed to growth and improvement
    • You can't make stuff happen - we need an absolute go getter

    Role & Responsibility

    • Job profile and job advertisement development
    • Management and administration of entire recruitment process via Workable
    • Job advertising and linking to relevant job boards
    • Candidate interviewing and shortlisting
    • Creating and posting engaging content on company pages (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed)
    • Coordinating and arranging hiring manager interviews with shortlisted candidates
    • Arranging psychometric evaluations, carrying out reference checks where required
    • Talent pipeline and bench Reporting
    • Setting up new starter documentation and contracts for signature
    • Onboarding of successful candidates

    Requirements

    • Global Online Recruitment: 3 years (required)
    • Employer Value Proposition Management: 2 years (required)
    • Workable Recruitment Software: 1 year (required)
    • 360 Recruitment: 3 years (required)
