    Job Description

    To keep our stores elevated you will be responsible forcreating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including creating visual packs for in store execution, photo packs and videos.

    Merchandising

    • Create clear and concise 3rd party and own brand merchandising guidelines
    • Create weekly commercial updates for stores
    • Ensure all documentation and the merchandising SharePoint for stores is kept up to date in an organised manner
    • Monitor product sales and deliver key changes to the stores where necessary with a clear direction
    • Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business
    • Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
    • Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities

    Communication

    • Work alongside our internal departments to gather and deliver key information
    • Continue to build relationships with 3rd party brands
    • Communicate new ideas and ways to improve current processes
    • Communicate clear instructions to stores such as product launches and key moves

    General

    • Capable of working well within a team as well as independently on occasion
    • Able to work to strict deadlines
    • Good eye for detail
    • Creative mindset

    This is an office role based in our Shirebrook head office with opportunity to assist with Sports Direct in-store trials and attend key store installs.

    Qualifications

    • Great written and communication skills
    • Experience in Microsoft Excel-Preferred but not essential
    • Experience in Adobe Suite -Preferred but not essential
    • Experience in retail - Desirable
