We are therefore seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant who will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in our school who will inspire our children to achieve their full potential.

    We are seeking to appoint an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant who will:
  • Implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom;
  • Deliver learning activities for individuals/groups or for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils' achievement, progress and development;
  • Have high expectations of children's learning, securing the best outcomes for all children;
  • Demonstrate high expectations of positive behaviour for learning;
  • Be committed to their own professional development;
  • Champion the ethos of the school at all times;
  • Have the ability to be flexible;
  • Work collaboratively with a committed team of staff and governors, parents and the wider community;
  • Have a desire to be involved in all aspects of school life, being willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of our children and the community.
