Look no further Our esteemed client, a thriving local foods manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join them as a Customer Services Administrator on a full-time basis temporary basis, with excellent potential for a permanent position.

    Position: Client Services Administrator
    Type: Full-time, Permanent
    Shift: Dayshifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
    Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
    Salary: 26k per annum

    Responsibilities: As a Customer Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting various administrative functions within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Communicating with clients via phone and email to address inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Assisting in the completion of company documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
    • Managing and updating client records and information using PC-based systems and databases.
    • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.

    Skills and Experience: To excel in this role, you will need:

    • Exceptional client service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
    • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ideally, experience with CRM databases or similar software (though training can be provided).
