  • Starting salary of £39,000

JLH Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced and highly organized Team Leader to join our clients small and friendly team.

This role will be support the effective running of the branch through the management and development of the team, oversight of compliance and commitment to excellent customer service.


  • Train, develop and monitor the quality assurance of all activity in the branch
  • Ensure work is processed efficiently across all teams, sales, service, claims and renewals
  • Take a lead role in the day to day administration for the branch, including making sure health and safety commitments are upheld and the premises are well maintained
  • Act as the lynch pin for the team. Managing resource, recruiting and developing employees and allocating work
  • Contribute to marketing activity.
  • Manage the accounts for the branch, including processing payments and collections

About you
You'll be an experienced people manager with exposure to maintaining quality controls, ideally within a financial services environment.
