    Description

    Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.

    I am now looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer that has install and reactive repairs experience. My client offers Fire Alarm engineer further training to build on your existing knowledge within the field.


    General Duties/ Key Responsibilities:


    Provide day to day planned and reactive maintenance of contractsTo respond to emergency callouts and carry out any remedial works as requiredCarry out asset verificationInstall replacement/additional equipmentTake part in the on-call rotaConduct site surveys as requiredTraining of apprenticesTo act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the clientSkills/Qualifications:Good understanding of the British Standards BS 5839 and BS 5266FIA Level or equivalentAt least 1 year of industry experienceAttention to detailAble to communicate on all levelsBenefits:20 days leave increasing by 1 day for each full year completed up to 25 daysAn extra day off for your birthdayCompany van + option of personal useAccess to regular overtimeAnnual performance related bonusPerkbox (access to free perks and discounts) Health care cash plansRefer a friend incentive schemeCycle to work schemeCareer progression and developmentEmployee assistance programmeFamily friendly policiesFortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
