Analytics is no exception and we are currently looking to grow our Strategic Finance & Revenue Growth teams to satisfy the company's everincreasing need for complex problem solving and datadriven decision making.

About the Role:


What You'll Do (tasks include):


  • Lead the development of longterm pricing and revenue strategy for Klarna's products across the global business
  • Provide strategic direction to the team and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage commercial relationships with some of Klarna's largest global partners
  • Drive the deployment of financial models and ensure alignment between pricing, value, and business objectives
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to support sales teams focused on Klarna's largest commercial partnerships
  • Identify new revenue and growth opportunities and make recommendations to leadership teams
  • Collaborate across functions to develop creative monetization strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Drive pricing and packaging recommendations through customer segmentation and ROI analyses
  • Design and implement programs for price discovery, testing, and experimentation
  • Oversee operational aspects of pricing implementation, including billing requirements and discounting frameworks
  • Devise automated and scalable means of measuring pricing performance
  • Monitor key metrics and market intelligence to identify opportunities for evolving pricing
  • Codify best practices and processes for ongoing pricing improvement.

Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in pricing or partnership pricing strategy within the Payments or Payments FinTech industry (ex: Visa, American Express, Stripe, Adyen, etc)
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading and managing highperforming teams and team members
  • Understanding of payments as a business, payment partnerships, or the credit card/interchange landscape
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of business operations and product positioning
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A "rollupyoursleeves" mentality and excitement to evolve and develop the pricing function in a fastpaced global FinTech environment.

New York City (preferred), London (preferred), Los Angeles, San Francisco, Stockholm, Berlin, Paris, etc.
