Work Planner / Service Co-Ordinator required for our client, a leading company in the manufacturing, installations, and maintenance of Pump products across the UK.

Our client are looking to find an experience Service Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join their busy Service team, and the role will involve scheduling engineer visits and ensuring that our clients customer service levels are maintained at all times.


This role is based at our client's offices just outside Stoke-on-Trent, and are not on any public transport routes, so having your own transport is essential for this position.

Work Planner / Service Co-Ordinator Position Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar role within a service/maintenance company
  • Strong Geographical knowledge
  • Confident with the complete Microsoft Office package
  • Strong communication skills
  • Within a commutable distance of StokeonTrent
Work Planner / Service Co-Ordinator Position Remuneration

  • Salary £22k £24.5k, depending on experience
  • 30 days holiday, rising to 33 days with tenure
