Description
The role is for a Renewals Adviser at Right To Health, this role involves encouraging existing clients to have a review of the market with the view to be sold a new policy High levels of retention is necessary to ensure a high volume of clients within our database.
The office is based in Dartford, and the role is MondayResponsibilitiesAnswering and forwarding calls coming through the switchboard in a highly professional manner, taking succinct messages when necessary.
Speaking with existing clients and encouraging them to have a review of the market. Where they cannot be reached by telephone, contact through voicemail, email and by post. Managing your client sheet to ensure all clients are serviced within specific timeframes. Accessing renewals invited for each client from multiple insurers and updating their premiums on the Freedom database.
Dealing with medical details and keeping an accurate log within the clients file. Dealing with clients with a polite and professional telephone manner so each client feels valued. Use of Outlook email to liaise with clients and other stakeholders. Providing succinct information about products and terms and conditions so it is easy for customers to make informed decisions.
Providing support to team members to ensure they have the knowledge to deliver a service which is compliant without consumer duty.
Key Skills:
High level of customer service both via telephone and written communications.
Organisation skills and excellent time and workload management .Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, target driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills .Target driven individual.
