A London based Investment and Asset Management firm are seeking a Commercial Property Manager at Graduate/APC Surveyor level to join their Asset Management team.

The role will work closely with the Head of Asset Management by providing day-to-day and strategic management across their portfolio.

The portfolio is spread across the South East of England and consists of multi-let industrial, shopping centre, high street retail, office, mixed use and leisure assets.

Property Management responsibilities:
Undertake all aspects of day-to-day property management.
Manage the marketing and viewings of void properties.
Liaise with leasing agents and consider the best new lease terms.
Appoint and manage contractors on CAPEX and refurbishment works.
Understanding of L&T legislation (e.g. alterations, assignments, lettings, renewals and rent reviews).Prepare annual service charge budgets and compile monthly performance reports.


Property Management requirements:
Degree or Masters in Real Estate or Property.
Degree placement year/work experience within the Real Estate market.
