    Description
    *Midway Care Group *specialise in providing services for people with learning disabilities who may also have additional needs. We work collaboratively with individuals, families and service commissioners to support people to live within the community, either in a transitional residential service or a supported living service.

    We have a fantastic opportunity join our continually expanding organisation, as an *Operations Manager*, overseeing our Supported Living and Residential services *across the Tamworth, Atherstone and Nuneaton area.* (Ranging from Warwickshire to Staffordshire).


    Reporting directly to our Regional Operations Director - This is a *full-time role , *(37.5hrs per week; However, the nature of the job responsibilities may require flexible hours, including some evening and weekend hours.).

    It is also a *multi-site* *role *where you will provide direct and day to day leadership to a team of Locality Managers - who support adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs and behaviours which may prove challenging.


    The ideal candidate will ensure the individuals we support receive a personalised service which meets and continually responds to their changing needs, whilst also working to maintain quality and compliance.


    As part of your role, as the *Operations Manager, *you will be expected to travel between your services to maintain a high standard of care at all times and may be expected to hold *CQC* registration for some homes.


    You will be actively present, spending a minimum of 4 days per week in services, supporting, mentoring and coaching managers.

    Working with them to achieve operational excellence, monitoring the quality of service delivery, ensuring all aspects of the care and support delivered is to a high standard and that teams are supported and trained appropriately.

    *Job Requirements:
    • Multi-site management experience and experience in a Registered Manager position for a minimum of 1 year, ideally within the Learning Disabilities sector.
    • Experience of setting up new services and evidence of their success.
    • Car driver, with a current full UK driving license and are able to travel, as this role is field based and regular travel within the Midlands Region is essential.
    • Relevant Professional qualification in Health and/or Social Care such as RNLD, Dip SW, BA (Hons). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
    • Excellent understanding of budgets and financial management.
    • Be able to meet the requirements to register with CQC and have a clear understanding of the CQC standards.
    • You may be required to provide on call duties as necessary.
