    • Managing invoices - Adding invoices to our accounting software, reconciling invoices with bankstatements and making invoice payments
    • Raising invoice queries with suppliers, resolving & agreeing
    • Processing Quarterly VAT Returns - liaising with our external accountant
    • Assisting with answering phones, taking messages, filing, managing post etc.
    • Assisting with admin such as updating cost registers, managing credit accounts with suppliers etc.
    Chasing invoices.
