Description
Element Recruitment are working with a growing Technology business based in Bristol who are looking for Business Administration Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be working within the Operations Team, performing all businessadministration tasks and will be working closely with the Provisioning and Billing manager.
Key duties:
- Carrying out all business administration tasks including analysis of customer data, dispatching customer orders and managing stock inventory
- Answering inbound calls and transferring to colleagues or departments when necessary.
- Responsible for order placement, processing client orders and management of orders through to the planning cycle, liaising with customers and suppliers on details regarding delivery, regular updates, and handovers once complete.
- Reporting any issues in order placement or planning to the reporting line manager for early resolution.
- Interacting with other key departments to ensure good working relationships are maintained and communications internally are clear.
- Line management to an Administrator as the team grows

- Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritise and organise workload.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team and build relationships at all levels
