IT Engineer

£34,125

Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

London, Shoreditch / Hybrid Working

Are you someone with strong Mac troubleshooting skills looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a technically confident individual to provide IT support to internal users diagnosing both hardware and software faults.


Duties will include

  • Primarily supporting users on Mac so you will need strong Mac troubleshooting skills
  • Troubleshooting and management of issues with the Windows, VDI and mobile estate
  • 1st and 2nd line support on Apple and Microsoft operating systems and relevant software including Google Workspace, VPN and Zoom amongst others
  • Taking responsibility for resolving queries, troubleshooting, escalating to specialists where appropriate and managing the relationships with our users
  • Preparing and handing over kit for new starters
  • Working on the IT bar
  • Ensuring appropriate SLA's are met

Skills and experience required

  • Mac troubleshooting and some experience with Jamf
  • 1 years' experience of providing IT support in 1st/2nd line capacity.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace
and AV (Zoom).

  • Great communication skills
