_ Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in Events Marketing?_
RBL are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Coordinator where your expertise in events will shine

From coordinating project delivery to managing campaign budgets, you'll be assisting the Supporter Acquisition Manager to ensure our marketing aligns with our strategy and events messaging.

You'll be responsible for briefing, developing, and obtaining sign off on campaign assets for a range of different events, from walking to cycling, virtual and survival challenges.

And your commitment to compliance will ensure that all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and internal guidelines.

To achieve this, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, like Fundraising Events who manage all our event logistics and participant stewardship.

And external suppliers, like our network of creatives who produce campaign assets.

Post-campaign, your analytical skills will come into play as you conduct detailed analysis and present your learnings and recommendations to help incrementally improve campaigns and inform future marketing activity.

If you are passionate about creating impactful campaigns that promote our events and raise vital funds, join us in honouring and assisting the armed forces community through your event marketing skills.

This role is ideal for someone with a love of events, and who is keen to be hands-on, as you'll have the opportunity to support the on-the-day delivery of events across the UK and Europe.

A valid driver's license is beneficial but not a requirement for this role.

Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.
RBL exists to bring together nations, communities, and individuals to create better futures for the Armed Forces community.

We do this through our leading role in Remembrance, providing services to enable serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces and their families live fulfilling lives, and by campaigning for improved support and recognition for the Armed Forces community.

Our people work across the country to raise funds, support our membership to play their part, and to run and develop our organisation and its capabilities, as well as to deliver these important outcomes for our communities.

Here at RBL, we aim to support our people and their wellbeing, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.

You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House.

Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues but with a minimum expectation of two days per week connecting directly with colleagues at the hub.
