Are you an internal communications specialist with a passion for developing creative communications, building strong relationships, and making a difference to how a division communicates to its stakeholders? Do you enjoy building a deep understanding ofyour division's business and developing and delivering communication solutions that ensure all stakeholders know the right information, at the right time? If so, then we want to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commodities and Global Markets Group (CGM) to help us design and deliver engaging and effective communications for staff.

This position will see you build and enhance CGM's reputation with key stakeholders.

You will promote a shared understanding of initiatives, projects and value propositions, driving positive engagement and assisting the leadership team as required.

To do this, you will need to be able to build solid relationships, work independently and partner with senior stakeholders across the various divisions in the Group, as well as the wider Macquarie communication teams.

You should be proactive, organised andpeople-oriented, with an intuitive and innovative approach to your work and communications.

We are looking for a strong writer with a background in planning and delivering internal communications, ideally from banking or professional services.

You should have experience in using internal social platforms (we use Workplace), town halls and video ascore communication channels.
