My client is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join their multi matrix business. You will be part of a team that looks after the interests for the UK and Ireland.


The Benefits and Compensation Specialist is responsible for providing support in overseeing and administering employee total rewards programs across Ireland and the UK.

You will partner with the Total Rewards team and HR Partners to assist with the development,implementation and administration of global compensation programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs job evaluations globally and recommends pay grades for new or revised jobs.
  • Supports the annual yearend process for Merit, Bonus and LTI.
  • Provides recommendations on various pay actions (promotions, bonus buyouts, Base Salary Adjustments, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
  • Completes survey submissions for annual and ad hoc salary surveys and utilizes results for the development of salary structures, benefits program competitiveness and equity studies.
  • Contributes to the global administration and communication of annual compensation programs (salary planning, shortterm incentive plans).
  • Performs special comp projects (acquisitions, reorganizations, job levelling, job hierarchies, government audits, new governmentmandated changes, etc.).
  • Support the administration of the benefits programs administered in the UK and Ireland

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is required.
  • Compensation experience.
  • Pension scheme administration experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and work well on internal and external teams.
  • Must have excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal.
  • Must be selfdirected and able to handle large, concurrent projects with mínimal supervision.

**This position is a hybrid role with 3 days in the offcie and 2 days working from home. The post holder is also entitles to a bonus of up to 12% of salary.
