Purpose of the role
- This is a demanding role, with lots of variety. Coordinating maintenance request across 5 sites organising maintenance team and managing each job end to end.
- Juggling multiple task, with a meticulous approach. to offer seamless service to customers
Duties
- Delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer queries promptly
- Log, arrange and orgaise works
- Scheduling and booking sub contractors
- Allocating remedial quoted works to subcontractors and ensuring the work is planned within the clients SLA
- Updating client portals ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to our system.
- Raising purchase orders for approved quotes.
