Purpose of the role

  • This is a demanding role, with lots of variety. Coordinating maintenance request across 5 sites organising maintenance team and managing each job end to end.
  • Juggling multiple task, with a meticulous approach. to offer seamless service to customers

Duties

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer queries promptly
  • Log, arrange and orgaise works
  • Scheduling and booking sub contractors
  • Allocating remedial quoted works to subcontractors and ensuring the work is planned within the clients SLA
  • Updating client portals ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to our system.
  • Raising purchase orders for approved quotes.
