Description

We're looking for a Senior Document Controller to join our Highways team based in Penrith to work on our A66 project.

Responsibilities


As a Senior Document Controller you'll work as a collaborative member of the Kier team, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practice to the wider Kier team.

You'll be responsible for own performance, continually developing skills, knowledge, and drive improvements within the Document Control scope through leadership standards and behaviours.


Your day to day will include:

  • Manage and maintain the Document Management System (DMS) on the ProjectWise Platform
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
  • Follow established standards on document naming, numbering, revising, and formatting and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation

Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Document Controller is great for you if:

  • Having expertise and understanding of working with Document Management Systems (DMS) / Common Data Environments (CDE) and a good experience of document control
  • Having knowledge of Microsoft Software systems (Office 365, Word, Excel, Power Point), Acrobat editing software, Microsoft Teams, One Drive and Share Point
  • Proactive, effective communicator with strong attention to detail and good analytical and problemsolving skills
