An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time 22.5 Hour Team Administrator to join our Older Adult Community Mental Health Team at Maple Leaf.

The successful applicant will provide an efficient and confidential administration service for the Multi-disciplinary Team working within an admin team.

Applicants should have relevant qualifications as per attached person specification. The applicant must be well organised and able to work to deadlines and targets and on their own initiative.

Main duties will include supporting the CMHT team with all admin duties.

The successful applicant will be a focal point for patients to order repeat prescriptions, providing reception cover when the team receptionist is on leave and typing minutes from various team meetings.

Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.

You will need to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure. You must have the ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet the needs of the service.


The post holder will be expected to have a caring, professional and empathic approach, whilst also maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
