    Property Management role with ad-hoc PA duties

    Acqhired is recruiting on behalf of one Birmingham's most established agencies, they are interested in speaking with a highly organised Personal Assistant with a strong focus on property management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Property Management:

    • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
    • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property management companies.
    • Assist with the marketing and advertising of available properties.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage the diary and schedule of the Director or assigned team members.
    • Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management.

    Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property professionals.
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding property management activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience within an administrative/property management role is essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with third parties.
