- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property management companies.
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of available properties.
- Manage the diary and schedule of the Director or assigned team members.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property professionals.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding property management activities.
- Previous experience within an administrative/property management role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with third parties.
