    Responsibilities
    Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
    Ensure high quality care is provided to our young people
    Collaborate with health care professions to develop and implant care plans
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and take operational lead for all safeguarding matters
    Responsible for training, supervision and provide advice to support and develop the children's residential home
    Manage the homes budget and ensure regulatory compliance
    Oversee referral's and occupancy, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations
    Requirements
    At least 2/3/ years of experience in residential children
    Level 5 leadership and management in residential care
    Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements in the child's care sector
    Previous experience in a care or assisted living setting
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibility's
    Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    Strong OFSTED regulatory knowledge
    Valid UK driving license
