We are currently hiring a Quote and Onboarding Administrator to be a part of the Technical Consultancy and Testing Pricing Team where you will develop an in depth knowledge of Consultancy and Testing products as well as pricing across a range of disciplines (including Pressure, Machinery, Material Testing and NDT) to provide accurate quotations for our customer projects, ranging from a boiler repair to a full site outage.

What will I be doing?

As a Quote & Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of new and existing business quotes as well as new contracts through our CRM system.

You will take responsibility for ensuring that the information entered on the system is detailed and accurate, providing enough clarity to ensure that our clients requirements are understood by the rest of the business.

You will use your analytical mind to produce bespoke quotations to provide the customer and business with a quote which is profitable, whilst treating our customers fairly.

You will use your fantastic relationship building skills to build rapport with stakeholders including internal sales, the contract management team and external parties.

You will be liaising with our Engineering and Technical teams to widen your knowledge and understanding of the Testing and Consultancy Engineering Industry.

You will work with our sales team and direct customers to seek clarity when information is not available or is unclear.

You will take responsibility for achieving a successful conclusion on each case.

What experience and skills do I need?

Our team consists of the BEST Quote & Onboarding Administrators, we should know, we trained them You don't need heaps of experience, just the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.

You will offer:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders
Great attention to detail demonstrated through accurate and timely data entry
Experience of working with internal and external customers
Experience adding data onto computer systems, ideally CRM
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
Excellent time management skills
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work
Background in Pricing and/or Engineering (desirable)
