Office Manager - Part-time -
3 days per week.
Our client, a small but growing finance company are currently looking to hire part time Office Manager. Hours and days are flexible equivalent to 25 hours per week (3 full days) A friendly, engaging and professional team based in a modern, beautiful officeenvironment in Mayfair


Acting as a hub of communication for the team and looking after the office facilities you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the working environment.

Duties to include.

  • Reception answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Handling post and deliveries
  • Ensuring the office is tidy, presentable, and wellstocked
  • Support the team with roombookings and hot desk allocation
  • Manage supplier relationships cleaners, building maintenance, I.T.
  • Responsible for health and safety including fire and first aid
  • Adhoc administration e.g. website updates or CRM
Basic salary for this role will be £25,000 per annum (£40,000+ equivalent). Benefits include private medical, pension, discretionary bonus circa 10%
