    Based at The Woolwich Centre – hybrid working

    The Royal Borough of Greenwich has high levels of housing need and The Housing Inclusion Service is dedicated to exploring new ways of preventing homelessness, through service improvement, new initiatives and projects, particularly digital and data driven improvements, and is committed to working collaboratively with a range of partners to achieve the best outcomes.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Performance & Development team, for a Project Co-ordinator, to lead on data collection across the service, across Homelessness Prevention, Temporary Accommodation, Allocations and Home Improvement/Adaptations. You will also be responsible for reporting this data into central government for funding purposes, and therefore accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously, with varying priorities and deadlines.

    Excellent digital skills are essential for the role, and you will be proficient in the use of systems such as Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI and other relevant software packages. The Project Co-ordinator will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to produce information and reports in a creative and informative way, through the use of a variety of software packages.

    Reporting to the Performance, Policy & Development Manager, the successful candidate will also work closely with various managers throughout the service, and up to Director level, as well as Council members, and other specialist Council teams, to identify gaps in the service, and devise and implement new ways of working, to improve the offer available to residents.

    Based in the Woolwich Centre, SE18 and expected to attend the office on a regular basis, this role has opportunities for hybrid working for part but not all of the working week.

    Salary: Salaries advertised are for a standard working week of 35 hours unless otherwise stated. Please use this to help you calculate a pro rata salary.
