Key Deliverables:


  • Lead the development of new client relationships with agreed target sectors and geographies
  • Identify and target new clients in agreed sectors (eg; Energy, Process Industries, Manufacturing etc)
  • Develop your Business Development Plan to deliver new client relationships and initial contracts
  • Identify further new potential clients, sectors & segments, maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Develop new client relationships though effective account management tools to build revenues
  • Monitor relevant markets and sectors in your region, reporting into and shaping the marketing plan
  • Act as first point of contact for client issues, liasing with technical colleagues effectively to solve issues
  • Technical sales experience in engineering solutions in relevant markets, precision engineering ideal
  • Selfstarter with a demonstrable track record of new business development achievement
  • Delivers constant flow of short sales cycle new business wins whilst developing strategic relationships
  • Commercially astute, identifies opportunities to support clients through additional service solutions
  • Technically credible, able to identify, understand and solve customer problems costeffectively
  • Engineeringled career background and most likely with engineering education to degree level
  • Ambitious for personal growth and with potential to take on more responsibility as the business grows
