Brief your Market are looking for an apprentice with excellent communication and good computer skills. They need to be honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and respond well to challenging situations.


Working closely with 2 Key Account Managers and the Head of Key Accounts to help support them in the management of Brief Your Markets biggest and highest paying customers.


Jobs would include but not limited to:

  • Monitor outstanding issues across the Key Accounts.
  • Help with the project management of delivering new customer systems.
  • Monitor customer systems to understand and increase overall usage.
  • Feedback to Key Account Managers any at risk customers based on conversations, outstanding issues and system usage.
  • Administration projects for example ensuring we have all customer details in CRM.
  • Some training on small areas of the system when able and if required.
  • Join Key Account Managers on meetings and phone calls to help support and complete any follow up tasks for the customers.


Eventually when experienced enough and fully trained the apprentice would have the opportunity to have their own small number customers to manage.


To become an apprentice, you must:
Be 16 or over

not already be in full-time education


You can start an apprenticeship whether you're starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job.

You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.


As an apprentice you'll:
Have regular one to one session's with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace.


Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner:


Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices' chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role.

This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English.


Skills required:


We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service, who thrives in a busy high pressurised environment.

Has a good telephone manner and the ability to handle caseloads and work to tight deadlines, someone who is IT literate with good keyboard and internet skills will be using Microsoft teams.


Qualifications required:

Maths and English A/C or 4/9 would be desirable.

Things to consider:

Office Based Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:30pm using Desktop computer.
