- 6 months+ B2B sales experience with closing or permanent recruitment consultancy is essential
- Experience within permanent Tech recruitment would be advantageous
- You will have experience of headhunting including cold calling, LinkedIn Talent Pool creation, CRM searches and following a sales cadence
- You must enjoy a collaborative and team focused environment and look to lead from the front
- You must be commutable to the office in Didsbury 3-5 days a week minimum
- Salary dependent on experience and an uncapped commission-based OTE with accelerators
