As a regulated Awarding Organisation and a recognised End Point Assessment organisation, assessments play an important role in how we deliver our service.

We are at the cutting edge of awarding, maintaining a portfolio of over 25 Standards and over 300 Regulated qualifications.

The growth of assessments in these areas and the addition of new products mean that we are looking to expand our team to provide invaluable support to our growing number of customers and internal teams.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality controls and providing invaluable process focused support.

This role requires someone who thrives on following set processes and being organised, with exceptional attention to detail. Accuracy and a drive for perfection are essential qualities for anyone undertaking this role.

This individual will be given the opportunity to work as part of a forward-thinking team, as well as gaining invaluable hands-on experience working in the fastest growing Awarding Organisation/End-Point Assessment Organisation in England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering the provision of exam papers to centres and EPA customers in line with TQUK procedure
  • Printing and scanning exam documents
  • Managing and tracking the postal of exams being sent out and returned from Centres/ Schools
  • Printing and sending out of regulated and endorsed certificates and transcripts
  • Supporting with exam invigilation
  • Support with wider Exams and Operations processes
  • Adhoc admin duties, as required, including data reviews.

Other Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain an understanding of TQUK internal processes and the wider educational landscape
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of TQUK products and services
  • Adhoc admin duties, as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths qualification (or equivalent)
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel, Excel Online and Google Sheets
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Have sound IT skills to support core role functions
  • Have sound judgement and decisionmaking skills.
