Description

Our client, a leading dental practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team. As an Associate Dentist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment that is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of dental services to patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments, and will contribute to the growth and success of the practice through exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, with precision and care
Diagnose and treat oral health issues, such as cavities and gum disease, in a timely and effective manner
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices to promote long-term dental health
Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Adhere to clinical and ethical standards established by the practice and regulatory bodies
Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance coverage
Proven experience as a practicing dentist
Strong clinical and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering superior patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centric approach
Proficient in using dental software systems to maintain patient records and treatment plans
Dedication to staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatments, and a commitment to continuing education
