Client Details

Working for a housing organisation in the North West you will be responsible for the Financial Business planning on BRIXX.

The position will involve analysing complex data, carrying out testing, financial modelling and understanding the financial implications of growth, regeneration, acquisition and development opportunities within this sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is studying towards CIMA/ ACCA and is looking for that opportunity to lead in a business partnering role.

Description
Duties and tasks of the Financial Planning Business Partner:

Business planning and reporting using BRIXX tools
Carry out financial modelling to asses changes to businesses, issues and any new opportunities
Support on decision making and asses funding requirements
Carry out stress testing of financial data and supporting in key projects
Prepare financial forecasting and submissions
Training, development and line management of a small team
Work closely with Head of Departments, Business Partners and Directors to analysis company costs and create detailed reports and future business plans

Profile
To be successful in the role as the Financial Planning Business Partner you will have:

Experience using BRIXX tools within the housing sector
Experience with financial planning exposure
Excellent analytical skills and confident decision maker
