They are currentlylooking to build their field teams with the recruitment of a FieldSales Executive in the YorkshireArea.

TheRole:

• You will workclosely with an existing network of accounts conducting regularvisits to support your clients and help them develop thierbusiness.
• You will conduct regular productaudits and review commercial data to help your exsisting customersdrive their business and increaseprofitability.
• Help your customers ensure thatnew product launches and new range releases have maximumimpact.
• You will have complete control overyour route planning and visit schedules and will need to be highlyorganised.
• Building long standing and engagingrelationships with your accounts is absolutley critical to thesuccess of thisrole.

ThePerson:

• Personality iseverything for this role. The ability to build and developrelationships is critical. Background is less relevant than yourdesire to engage people and help them develop theirbusiness.
• This role would suit somebody from asales background or potentially a retail manager looking for achange of direction.
• You MUST be a true selfstarter and highly organised the role will require you to developyour own visit schedules and routeplanning.
• You will be hands on and not scaredto help show your customers what good looks like with regards toprodcuts and merchandising.
• Highly commercialwith an aptitude for analysing data and the ability to spotopportnuities to grow the business.
• Flexbile totravel across a wide geographical with overnight stays on ocaassionlikely.
