    Formed in 2018, RFL Property Services (RFLPS) is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London Group (RFLS). Following its formation, RFLPS has embarked on a journey of transformational change in the way estate services are delivered within the NHS, providing service to RFLS and its wider partner organisations.

    Our Parent company, the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest Hospital Trusts in the country with over 10,000 employees, a turnover of £1 billion and around 1.8m patient contacts a year.

    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for an experienced, strategically focused individual to advise and support the Programme/Senior Project Managers, and take responsibility for the coordination, management, and delivery of the PMO internal business requirements. The post holder will be part of a multi-skilled strategy, capital and estates transformation function which leads on change initiatives, both for RFLPS, RFL Group and external clients.

    The successful post holder will be responsible for key activities including but not limited to:

    • Project management including scoping, the identification of milestones, communications strategies, risks and mitigation plans.
    • systems and processes are in place to implement change initiatives, and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
    • and implement comprehensive programme/project management procedures and documentation.
    • the business and project reporting system for the consultancy, business reporting assurance cycle and audits.

    What do we need?

    • Master's Degree level or equivalent level of relevant experience within a strategic, operational or project based environment plus working towards a professional, project management qualification.
    • Project management qualification
    • Evidence of professional development in data analysis and data visualisation
