    Description

    We're looking for a Culture & Community Manager - Global who will build and lead the implementation of the seeding strategy Globally, informing regional strategies for alignment across a variety of subcultures, to build noise where we aren't "currently talking" within non-beauty related verticals.

    This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

    WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Identify key tastemakers to bolster and build community conversations
  • Grow word of mouth recommendations via the community communication strategy
  • Implement tactics that will build noise outside of our NPD and Brand calendars
  • Build and implement a product 'crave' strategy
  • Create a global culture calendar to align product gifting and out-of-the-box partnerships
  • Report on the culture and community strategy on a monthly basis, outlining activity, reach, and tastemaker relationship status
  • Research and identify key seeding platforms to garner reach and conversations outside of the beauty realm
  • Execute tactics to increase reach, awareness, and brand equity
  • Implement community eventing strategies
  • Oversee and direct the regional product seeding platforms, constantly evolving the approach to maintain abreast of culture
  • Lead Global Community & Culture brainstorms to drive the business forward

  • You're immersed in culture and you excel being away from your desk (at store openings, music events, community events etc.)
  • Open-minded and inclusive, relishes the idea of communicating with audiences of all backgrounds, gender, and personal style
  • You're a professional relationship builder with the ability to build long-lasting personal relationships
  • Experience with setting strategies, managing budgets and planning and managing events
  • Advanced user of all major social media platforms, understanding capabilities, and evolutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral, and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
