    Your Role:
    Manage the customer ledger, ensuring timely payments through proactive communication
    Build strong ties with customers' finance teams worldwide
    Maintain precise customer records and payment terms for accurate financial reporting
    Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries promptly
    Resolve invoice and delivery queries efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
    Monitor credit limits and liaise with the sales team to manage accounts effectively
    Assist the finance team with various tasks as needed
    Provide valuable insights through debtor reporting and KPI monitoring
