    Customer Service Representative

    Basingstoke - Hybrid working.

    Immediate start

    On-going Temp Contract, 6 months+

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active customer service professional to work as part of a team within a busy but fun environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Management
    • Ensure precise execution of daily tasks within tight deadlines.
    • Provide swift and thorough responses to customer enquiries.
    • Take charge of problem resolution in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate customer databases and handle general administrative duties.
    • Collaborate with sales efforts through proactive customer engagement.
    • Participate in meetings and conference calls.
    • Flexibility to assist with various departmental tasks as needed.

    Skills and qualifications:

    • Adaptable to learning new systems quickly.
    • Excellent communication skills across all channels.
    • Preferably, two year's experience in B2B customer service within manufacturing or distribution.
    • Proficient in IT, Numeracy and Literacy.
    • Strong team player with prioritisation abilities.
    • Attention to detail and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
