A LITTLE ABOUT US.

Dear Sailor is a bar, event space inspired by the cafés which sprung up in Tokyo in the 1930's where locals would listen to music whilst enjoying cocktails in secret.

Bold, atmospheric and nocturnal speakeasies where you could let your hair down and experiment with new, fun things.

It was in the midst of the Japanese prohibition, where the public would turn to 'outsiders' to bring forbidden goods from across the globe to enjoy, especially music, foreign delicacies and alcohol.

Letters would be sent to trawler-men and Captains alike starting with...

We are a premium cocktail by day, but post 10pm, dancing on the booths is encouraged

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU.
We're looking for Iconic, real humans with a commitment to delivering excellence in a confident, easy going manner.

You build rapport easily, are inclusive and connect with new people easily.

You have solid experience in the hospitality industry coming from a premium background in either management, restaurant server, bartender, club or luxury retail background.

You are comfortable with both high end cocktail service, along with late night bottle service.

THE ROLE
Dear Sailor is open Thurs - Sun serving an outstanding beverage programme.

We are looking for:
1 table host to work between 20-30 hours per week

1 table host to work weekend evenings only

1 drinks runner to work weekend evenings only

All tables will be service charged at 12.5% and 100% of Service Charge will be delivered to the team.

Pay is £11 per hour plus approx £2-£4 extra per hour from tronc.
