Job Description:


We can offer you work to fit in and around your own lifestyle, with immediate starts available for those looking to enter the care industry, or those who are already experienced in the industry.

Our visits are a minimum of an hour and may include Companionship, Home Help, or Personal Care. All you need is to

Care Professional Benefits:

Minimum 1-hour calls - with your own regular matched clients

Time - to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit

Excellent rate of pay -
£10.00 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £10.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay** on bank holidays

Extra payments - for mileage and wait* time between visits

Varied contracts available - from
Zero hours to Average hours

No uniform - **so you look and feel more like a friend, or part of the client's family

Full Induction Programme and continuous training - **based on what you would like to achieve - we are happy to assist you in on your learning journey in the provision of care

NVQ - Fully funded NVQ 2, 3 & 4 available

Qualifications:


What we ask for from our Care Professionals

  • That you have a warm heart and caring nature.
  • You are reliable, responsible and have a passion for making a difference to someone's day.
  • Commit to training the Home Instead way (you are paid for all training).
  • That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
  • You have a full driving licence with access to use of a car, or a bike.
  • You are highly reliable and ability to commit to regular contracted hours every week, including a few hours, both days, every other weekend (one day every weekend also a possibility).
  • That you have the right to work in the UK.
