    Leading US law firm is hiring a new Litigation Legal Assistant to work across the Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration and White Collar Crime teams in London. You will be working within a collaborative environment, having high level exposure from day one.

    Responsibilities for the Litigation Legal Assistant will include:

    • Case and document management
    • Assistance with document review projects
    • Factual and legal research tasks
    • Liaising with translation agencies, external copying firms and other third party suppliers
    • Hearing preparation and assistance
    • Liaising with Marketing and Legal teams for Business Development tasks
    • Liaising with other administrative departments to assist with efficiency on behalf of the Litigation department

    Key requirements for the Litigation Legal Assistant will include:

    • •Minimum of 3 years Litigation paralegal experience within a magic circle or US law firm
    • •Advanced Microsoft office skills
    • •Excellent communication and organisational skills
