    9th May 2024 Assessment Date : w/c 13th May 2024 Corrie is looking to internally appoint a caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant level 2 or 3 who is committed to children's learning and their own continued professional development.

    We need a Teaching Assistant who:

    • Has experience of both KS1 & KS2 or willingness to work in both.
    • Is confident in teaching a full class (across all year groups), to cover for teacher absence when required.
    • Believes that all children deserve the best and set high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour.
    • Is able to carry out the requirements of the primary curriculum.
    • Can deliver quality spelling, grammar and punctuation teaching to groups of children.
    • Is competent in delivery of maths concepts to groups of children.
    • Understand the needs faced by children of different backgrounds and abilities.
    • Sees the value of team and partnership working.
    • Will assist with the development and implementation of IEPs.
    • Provides objective and accurate feedback and reports as required, to the teacher on pupil achievement, progress and other matters.
    • Has a minimum Grade C in both English and Maths
